All meetings will be held at Don Fall’s shop (11361 Mael, Saturday, 10am) unless otherwise stated.

 April 5^th

April 5^th AWA meeting:  Trudy Carlson and Heather Ashley will discuss and demonstrate what they learned in the master classes.

 

May 10^th

^{Annual Picnic}

May 10^th demo will be Burt Biss demonstrating on the mini-lathe various turning projects followed by the annual picnic and instant gallery at Jeff Trotter’s in Palmer.

Anchorage:
Take the Glenn Highway to the Parks/Glenn interchange. Take the Parks hiway for one mile to the Trunk Rd exit (you will see the new hospital to the right of the road). Take right on Trunk. Turn right on Duchess Dr. (the first left after you crest the big hill by the UAF experimental farm). Take a left on Regents Rd (going straight isn't really an option). The next street on the right is Joanne Dr. Mr. Trotter's house is at the end of the street, last driveway on the left.

** Please note that 20 minutes before each business meeting there will be a tool sharpening demonstration.  All folks are invited to bring their tools and learn how to properly sharpen them under the auspices of an expert turner.
