All meetings will be held at Hardware Specialties, 424 W. 54th Ave, Anchorage, (563-1312), Saturday, 10 AM, unless otherwise stated.  There will be a sharpening demo by Arnie Geiger 30 minutes before each meeting.

Annual AWA Picnic at Jeff and Gretta Trotter’s home near Wasilla. Demonstration, Instant Gallery, Raffle and plenty to eat.

Directions:

Take the Glenn Highway to the Parks/Glenn interchange. Take the Parks highway for one mile to the Trunk Rd exit (you will see the new hospital to the right of the road). Take right on Trunk. Turn right on Duchess Dr. (the first  right after you crest the big hill which is Duchess Dr. by the UAF experimental farm). Take a left on Regents Rd (going straight isn't really an option). The next street on the right is Joanne Dr. Mr. Trotter's house is at the end of the street, last driveway on the left.

 

 

 

** Please note that 20 minutes before each business meeting there will be a tool sharpening demonstration.  All folks are invited to bring their tools and learn how to properly sharpen them under the auspices of an expert turner.
